Continuous experimentation is key for creating learning organisation that will conquer in market. This course will give you tools to run effective retrospective that will surface the most pressing problems and gives framework to run constant experimentation that enhance the learning.

In a retrospective a team or project stops to examine together how the work has succeeded during the last period. It refines the experiences into knowledge and wisdom.

After the training the participants are able to plan and facilitate a retrospective.
Duration 1 day. Maximum number of participants 16.
We will practice the standard Agile retrospective. We will learn how to create action in the organization by validated experiments. We will understand how to use Lean A3 for thorough analysis and change.
