I really enjoy Agile Saturday conferences because of their free and enthusiastic atmosphere. The morning keynote about designing the user experience of Spotify's Running feature was especially impressive.

Gosei's presented a detailed analysis how the Tayloristic Thinking first works. It is forced to work. But eventually it will suffocate to the bureaucracy and Coordination Chaos. Unlike the Fearless Leadership, who trusts that learning pays off after a delay, and builds the system with essential feedback loops.
